Water committee volunteers needed!
As discussed in the 2025 annual meeting, we are seeking volunteers to join a Water Committee to determine what, if any, restrictions should be placed on water usage moving forward to avoid a repeat of the water system issues we saw in July/August of 2025.

Annual Dues Billing Structure Changes For 2026
Effective January 2026, the way your dues are billed wil be broken down differently to better reflect what costs are for the HOA (gazebo maintenance, greenbelt maintenance, etc) and what costs are for the water service. This wil make our bookkeeping easier as well, and make calculating state taxes simpler.
Additionally, the "Unused Water Share" tier of billing will be removed. Very few households are impacted by this change, as there are only 9 lots at that tier. These will be converted to full water service shares, unless the homeowners take action.

Water Tank Treatment for February 2026
Our tank is scheduled to be cleaned the week of 2/16. During the cleaning, divers will be removing sediment from the bottom of the tank and also performing an inspection. After cleaning is completed, our system will be chlorinated once. You may smell a light chlorine in the water for a few days following treatment.If you have any questions or concerns please email the HOA Board at mail@riverhillhoa.com.
Hulk Vehicles Disposal Assistance
Do you have a hulk or abandoned vehicle on your property? The HOA defines a hulk vehicle as:"...cars, trucks, recreational vehicles, trailers and mobile homes that are not currently licensed and registered and fully operational."
The Riverhill HOA Board will provide assistance in having the hulk vehicle removed from the HOA. If you need assistance please contact the Riverhill HOA via email with details regarding the location of the hulk vehicle. A full description of the hulk vehicle policy is contained in the by-laws and protective covenants.
