We will be discussing options moving forward on what to do with the HOA and our water utility. The board has been doing research and trying to come up with options for our members. As soon as an official agenda for the meeting is finished we will share it here, and in the Facebook group.

Hulk Vehicles Disposal Assistance
Do you have a hulk or abandoned vehicle on your property? The HOA defines a hulk vehicle as:"...cars, trucks, recreational vehicles, trailers and mobile homes that are not currently licensed and registered and fully operational."
The Riverhill HOA Board will provide assistance in having the hulk vehicle removed from the HOA. If you need assistance please contact the Riverhill HOA via email with details regarding the location of the hulk vehicle. A full description of the hulk vehicle policy is contained in the by-laws and protective covenants.
