HOA Membership
Members of the HOA are all legal owners or contract purchasers of residential
lots within the jurisdiction of the Riverhill Home Owners Association. Members
elect the board, approve budgets and vote at the annual and special meetings of
the HOA. For full information about rights and duties of HOA members please read
the Riverhill HOA By-Laws and Protective Covenants.
